La Chimosa Cafe

Product + Brand Design

A mobile payment app for a cafe that allows customers to order and pay for their drinks using their mobile devices. Customers can select items from the cafe's menu, pay for them securely, and pick up their order when it is ready. The app can also provide customers with rewards and discounts for their loyalty, allowing them to rate the cafe and leave feedback.

Opportunity:

Convenience: A mobile payment app for a cafe can provide customers with a convenient and easy way to pay for their orders without carrying cash or cards. This can lead to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Enhanced User Experience: By designing a mobile payment app that is intuitive and user-friendly, the cafe can create a positive user experience for its customers, which can help to build a strong brand reputation and increase customer retention.

Defining the Flow:

Information Architecture: Device Configuration

The flowchart shows how the platform would be organized from research to testing. Collecting possible pain points, opportunities, business goals, and user goals, mapping the user journey had to be simple and organized.

Less is more, need for simplicity.

The ideal setup is no setup with the ability to come back later to configure advanced options.

Features must be prioritized and have a sense of finality.
